US President Declares: 'Impeach Bush!'

Fourth US President James Madison, at the Constitutional Convention, has a piece of his mind to give to any president who pardons crimes of "any person" to which he is "connected in any suspicious manner." As far as Madison's concerned, "The House of Representatives can impeach him!"
